Readmio is an app that makes bedtime stories more fun for kids by adding sounds and music while parents read aloud. It creates an engaging experience without needing screen time.
Brief
Encourage more parents to try and download Readmio, especially those looking to make bedtime easier and more fun for their kids. Help them see it as a helpful, trustworthy storytime tool by clearly explaining what’s free and when payment is needed, setting the right expectations from the start.
How I did
I created ad copy for Readmio with a focus on social media. From my research, I found that some people expected the app to be completely free, but in reality, it offers one free story each day. I made that clearer in the copy. I also showed how Readmio adds sound effects and music to stories, helping parents turn bedtime into a more engaging moment. My goal was to manage expectations and build trust while showing the value of upgrading.
A/B testing and result
When I tested two versions, more people were drawn to the headline ‘Make bedtime magical for your kids!’ They said it felt more fun and emotionally engaging. It helped them imagine a better bedtime routine and made the message feel more inviting and relatable. Some also mentioned that it stood out right away and made them want to learn more about the app.
