Ring is a company that makes smart home security products, best known for its video doorbells. These devices let people see, hear, and talk to visitors through their phone, even when they’re not home. Ring also offers security cameras, alarm systems, and smart lighting.
The challenge
The main problem users face is staying connected to their home simply and reliably, without feeling pressured to subscribe or deal with complicated setups. I wanted to create an ad that shows how Ring solves this by offering easy security, long-term peace of mind, and honest value. With this in mind, how can we show that Ring isn’t just another device with hidden costs, but a trustworthy solution?
Branding
Users need a doorbell that’s easy to install, works reliably, and keeps them connected to their home when they’re away. They expect it to keep working well after the free trial without feeling forced to subscribe. Some also want a replaceable battery to make maintenance easier.
